Adam Rabb

Adam Rabb boasts over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a significant focus on the gas station sector. As a partial Bangladeshi and a native Floridian, he has deeply integrated himself into the gas station community, where 90% of the sector is represented, and has personal ties through both his father and stepfather, who are themselves gas station owners.

Since 2020, Adam has been instrumental in raising over $200 million, holding general partnership shares in all associated projects, including, but not limited to retail establishments including coffee shops such as Dunkin Donuts. His focus is on value-add opportunities where he can bring his expertise in management to increase the revenue and / or underlying profit of the firm before selling it off to a larger operator at a considerable profit to his investors.

His expertise lies in the analysis, execution, and management of syndications, consistently delivering impressive returns with a target of 20%+ IRR for investors. Adam's conservative projection style has a proven track record of exceeding these expectations.

Fun fact: On top of his for profit efforts Adam has raised over 10 million dollars total to Feeding America, Red Cross/Red Crescent, and AEPi Foundation/Esponda Associates.

Max Levin brings deep expertise in finance, real estate, and the gas station industry. He began his career at JPMorgan's Investment Bank, focusing on Distressed Debt, M&A, strategic syndication, and process optimization, and went on to advise Freddie Mac, E-Trade, and Morgan Stanley on complex financial and data-driven initiatives. He holds a degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University, graduating cum laude.

Max comes from a third-generation gas station family, having grown up inside Midwest Petroleum Corp, which operates over 60 locations across the Midwest. After hands-on experience managing stores, he began acquiring and operating his own sites in The Midwest. His deep market knowledge, combined with technical financial acumen, drives strategic growth in the fuel and convenience store space.

He is also a licensed commercial real estate professional, with a focus on sourcing and brokering high-performing C-store assets. His background combines over a decade of financial and operational experience with a long-standing understanding of the retail fuel market.

Max is the best-selling author of Under the Stretcher, a memoir of his service in an elite Israeli special forces unit.
